Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by MarketDrive Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to business clients (“you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
1. No Refund Policy
1.1 All payments made to MarketDrive Ltd are strictly non-refundable.
1.2 This includes, without limitation:

Monthly service fees
-
One-off project fees
-
Deposits
-
Setup fees
-
Consultancy fees
1.3 No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been made, regardless of:

Service usage
-
Perceived results
-
Dissatisfaction
-
Change of business direction
-
Termination by the Client
2. Monthly & Ongoing Services
2.1 Monthly services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
2.2 No refunds are provided for:

Partial months
-
Unused services
-
Cancellation during a billing period
-
Notice periods
2.3 Services will continue until the end of the paid period, irrespective of whether the Client chooses to utilise them.
3. One-Off Projects & Deposits
3.1 All deposits are non-refundable.
3.2 No refunds will be provided once work has commenced, including planning, design, development, or strategy stages.
3.3 No refunds will be issued for completed, partially completed, paused, or delayed projects.
4. Dissatisfaction & Performance
4.1 Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, subjective opinions, or unmet expectations.
4.2 MarketDrive Ltd does not guarantee results, performance, rankings, leads, revenue, or return on investment.
4.3 Claims that services “did not work” or “did not deliver expected outcomes” do not constitute grounds for a refund.
5. Client-Initiated Termination
5.1 Termination by the Client does not entitle them to any refund.
5.2 All outstanding fees remain payable in full, including during notice periods.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
6.1 The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting MarketDrive Ltd in writing.
6.2 Any chargeback or reversed payment may result in:

Immediate suspension or termination of services

Recovery of fees, administrative costs, and associated expenses

Legal action where appropriate
7. Billing Errors
7.1 Refunds will only be considered in the event of a demonstrable billing error made by MarketDrive Ltd.
7.2 Any such claims must be raised in writing within 7 days of invoice issuance.
8. Business-to-Business Limitation
8.1 This policy applies exclusively to business clients.
8.2 By engaging our services, you confirm that you are not acting as a consumer and are therefore not entitled to consumer refund rights.
9. Legal Enforcement
9.1 This Refund Policy forms part of MarketDrive Ltd’s contractual Terms & Conditions.
9.2 Any attempt to circumvent this policy may be treated as a breach of contract.
10. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
